Delete Your Account
We respect your data privacy. You can permanently delete your DhanLaxmi account and all cloud-synced business data directly from the app or by contacting our support team.
Account Deletion Steps
Follow these steps inside the app to erase your data immediately.
Open DhanLaxmi App
Launch the app and ensure you are logged in.
Go to 'Business' Menu
Tap the 'Business' icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Select 'Account Login'
Open the Account Login (or Settings) tab from the top scrollable menu.
Find 'Danger Zone'
Scroll down to the bottom to locate the 'Danger Zone' section.
Verify Your Identity
Tap 'Permanently Delete My Account' and type your registered email address.
Confirm Deletion
Click 'Delete Now' to permanently erase your account from our cloud servers.
What Data Will Be Purged?
Deletion erases the following from DhanLaxmi Cloud servers:
Cloud Account Credentials
Registered Shop Profiles
Subscription Status
Cloud Backup Records
System Notifications
⚠️ Crucial Information
Deletion is Final: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Your local business data (invoices, items) remains on your phone until you uninstall the app, but cloud features will stop working immediately.
Manual Request: You can also email us at dhanlaxmifixcorp@gmail.com for manual account removal. Requests are processed within 48 hours.
